We took the summer off, but now we're BACK! Stay tuned for more posts...good things ahead!

Why?

Once upon a time, we lived where adventure was an everyday thing. All we had to do was roll out of bed and look out the window and there were possibilities.

We now live in a lovely place, but far away from mountains and desert and untouched lands. So pursuing adventure must be an intentional part of life.

Rejuvenating this blog is a way to keep myself on track, to keep looking for fun and wonder, for happiness and health. To keep exercising and eating well. I need to remind myself that all it starts with putting one foot forward.
